Guests of Northward Ho! Resort appreciate the space, convenience and amenities of our large housekeeping cottages. Cottages are available in one or two bedroom styles to accommodate your vacation lodging needs. Each unit is conveniently equipped with a four burner cooktop, sink, full sized refrigerator, kitchen table, sofa, color cable TV, air conditioning, a private bath, outdoor picnic table and charcoal BBQ. We've also included basic cooking utensils and dishes.
Our cottages provide you with all the comforts of home while you vacation with us. There's no need to spend your vacation money on restaurants if you don't want to.

Our housekeeping cottage rates are based on 4 guests in a unit.
Add $15.00 per day or $97.00 per week for each additional child of any age in your room.
Add $50.00 per day or $325.00 per week for each adult or unreserved additional guest in your room.
• A deposit of $400.00 is required for a weekly rental, and payment in full, including tax, is required for a one night rental. Deposits can be made in the form of a personal check or money order. No credit cards or debit cards will be accepted for deposit. No reservations held without a deposit. All deposits are credited to the last day of the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Check in is after 2:00 PM. SORRY NO PETS OR VISITORS ALLOWED. This property is for registered guests only. All persons and cars on Northward Ho! property MUST be registered by order of NYS DOH. If you are planning on bringing or renting a boat, dock space must be reserved in advance. Dock and trailer fees: Boats less than 17; $20.00 per day. Boats 17' to 20' $25.00 per day. Twenty feet maximum.
If you find that need to cancel your reservation, 75% of you deposit will be gladly refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
