Guests of Northward Ho! Resort enjoy the comfort, space and affordability of our motel and efficiency accommodations. Motel rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, color TV, air conditioning and a private bath. Our Efficiency style rooms also include a 2 burner stove, sink, basic cooking utensils and dishes, a toaster and a four cup coffee maker.
These accommodation choices are perfect for the budget minded traveler who wants the ability to prepare a small meal or snack in their room.

Our Spring/Fall rates run May, June, September and October. Summer rates run July 2nd to September 4th.
Our motel room and efficiency rates are based on 2 people in a unit.
Add $15.00 per day or $97 per week for each additional child of any age in your room.
Add $50.00 per day or $325.00 per week for each adult or unreserved additional guest in your room.
• A deposit of $400.00 is required for a weekly rental, and payment in full, including tax, is required for a one night rental. Deposits can be made in the form of a personal check or money order. No credit cards or debit cards will be accepted for deposit. No reservations held without a deposit. All deposits are credited to the last day of the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Check in is after 2:00 PM. SORRY NO PETS OR VISITORS ALLOWED. This property is for registered guests only. All persons and cars on Northward Ho! property MUST be registered by order of NYS DOH. If you are planning on bringing or renting a boat, dock space must be reserved in advance. Dock and trailer fees: Boats less than 17; $20.00 per day. Boats 17' to 20' $25.00 per day. Twenty feet maximum.
If you find that need to cancel your reservation, 75% of you deposit will be gladly refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
